Once you have an eParcel account you can sign up for Koi by installing it via the Shopify App Store.

Go to the eParcel Settings page in Koi

Go to the eParcel Settings page in Koi by:

  • 1️⃣ Click on the "Settings Gear" icon
  • 2️⃣ Click on the "Shipping" menu item
  • 3️⃣ Click on "eParcel"

Fill in your Australia Post API Credentials

Fill in your Australia Post eParcel API Credentails including your: 
  • Account Number
  • API Key
  • and API Password

Save your eParcel API Credentials

Don't forget to save your details!

Ensure that the eParcel shipping carrier is activated.
